Company-22 was dispatched for a report of wires and a transformer on fire in the 400-Block of Market Street. Captain-22 on scene reported high tension lines arcing on a pole in front of 407 Market Street. Engine-22 responded class-3 with a crew of six on board. The crew blocked traffic on Market Street until arrival of PP&L.
