|Vehicle Accident - Senator vs Deer

On Friday, November 14, 1934, State Senator Charles E. Miller and Joseph Bradley, Democratic Assemblyman elect, both of Mount Carmel struck a deer on Route 14 near Dalmatia. The animal ran in front of their car, and in an effort to avoid collision with the buck, the car upset. Neither of the men were injured. The deer was wounded and had to be killed. The carcass was claimed by Bruce Yeager of Sunbury.
