Trailer Fire

In the early morning of February 24, 2006, the Millersburg fire company was dispatched for a structure fire at 8 Midland Drive in Upper Paxton Township. All occupants were out of the structure. Firefighters arrived to find a working shed fire with extension into the rear of a trailer. The heaviest fire was at the door of the shed. Firefighters pulled two CAFS lines. One was stretched to the rear of the trailer, and the other one was pulled inside through the front door. The fire was quickly extinguished and the damage was limited to the shed and the rear section of the trailer. Engine 21 and 29-1, Rescue 21 and Tanker 26 crews assisted at the scene. Engine 29-1 was transferred to Station 20 to standby. |
