Hickory Corners Fire Gets a Bought a Building Hickory Corners, PA

On May 18, 1952, the Hickory Corners and Community Fire Company purchased a cement block building with a parcel of land to be used as a fire station. The purchase was from Phillips Egg Storage, with a subject of restriction that no alcoholic beverages are to be sold on the property. Prior to this purchase, Hickory Corner's fire engine and equipment were housed and the company's meetings were held at several garages throughout the community. |
