| | A first alarm assignment was dispatched to 464 Main Street in the Borough for a reported structure fire. Engine-22 responded with a crew of six, along with Engine and Squad 23. Engine-22 arrived on scene, taking side one, having connected to the hydrant at Main and Pine Streets. Heavy smoke was pushing from the eaves of the building. The crew forced entry and also laddered the front of the building and vented the windows upstairs. Fire was confined to the room of origin, but smoke and heat damage were throughout the building. After extinguishment, the crew performed salvage and overhaul until released. |

| | Companies 22, 23, 216, and 29 were dispatched to Powells Valley Road and Carsonville Road for an accident with entrapment. The location was found to be on Powells Valley Road, just above the Lykens reservoir. Engine 22, Squad 23, Engine 216, and Rescue 29 responded, and were advised of a deceased victim in the vehicle. Engine 22 arrived on scene. EMS requested that Companies 22 and 23 shut down the road from the Lykens side, and Company 19 shut down the road from the Carsonville side. EMS later placed all fire apparatus in service. |

| | Company 24 and Truck 22 were dispatched to a chimney fire at a two story house on East Street in Williamstown, with black smoke filling the interior of the home. Engine 23 was added to the box. Truck 22 responded, and on arrival found that the fire was out. Engine 23 was assigned to standby at the hydrant, and the Truck crew was sent to the roof. The crew assisted Company 24 with cleaning the chimney and venting the house. |

| | Company-22 was dispatched to 432 South Second Street, four houses down the street from Station-22, for a cardiac arrest call. Engine-22 responded with a crew of six and arrived on the scene seconds later. Medic-6 was already on the scene and called a signal-12. Engine-22 was released. |

| | Truck 22 dispatched on the 21-1 box for a reported structure fire at 56 South Bender Street in Elizabethville. Companies 21 and 26 on the call. Truck 22 responded with 7, and on arrival took side A of the address and laddered the 1 story bungalow wood frame building which had smoke showing from the C/D corner of the roof. Chief 22 responded to the scene POV and Engine 22 stood by in quarters with 7 personnel. The first in 21 crew had a quick knockdown and the 22 crew assisted with salvage activities and overhaul until released by command. |

| | Dauphin County Engine 27 and Truck 22 dispatched class one to 296 Fearnot Road in Hubley Township Schuylkill County to assist Sacramento and Hegins fire companies on a chimney fire. Truck 22 responded with 7, and on arrival side A of a two story wood frame single family dwelling, found that Schuylkill Company 14 had the roof laddered and crews at the chimney. Command 14 placed the Dauphin County units available shortly after arriving on scene. |

| | Company 22 dispatched class three to 601 Main Street in Lykens at the Israel Building to assist Medic 6 with the knox box key to gain entry to an apartment for patient access. Chiefs 22 and 22-2 responded POV to the scene with one additional member and Utility 22 responded with 2. On arrival the knox box key was used to gain access to the apartment and the company was then placed available by EMS. |
