Engine-22 was dispatched for a truck into a structure. Engine-22 arrived on scene to find a food service delivery step van that had knocked down the fence in front of a structure, and came to rest in the front yard. The driver refused treatment. The crew stood by until the truck was removed and towed away. Then they cleaned up the scene.

Medical Assist, 316 South Second Street (Box 22-1)
Company 22 was dispatched class 3 at the request of EMS on the scene at 316 South Second Street for assistance in the extrication of a patient. Truck 22 responded class three with a crew of five. On arrival, EMS advised the crew that the patient had been extricated and placed in their unit with assistance from neighbors, and that a landing zone needed to be set up at Kimmel's Coal on Route 209 for an incoming helicopter. Truck 22 responded class 1 to the proposed landing zone, and set it up. When EMS was advised of an extended ETA for the helicopter, which was coming from Carlisle, they went enroute with the patient and requested a new landing zone at Station 29 in Halifax. Truck 22 then went available.
Company 21 and Truck 22 dispatched to the Kepler Nursing Home at 44 South Market Street in Elizabethville for an automatic fire alarm. This was a drill. Truck 22 responded with 7, and upon arrival, set up on the D side of a 3 story 50 by 75 brick assisted living facility. A crew went to the roof and the remainder of the crew staged with Company 21. A facility maintenance person then took the crew through the building to examine the layout. Command then placed the box available.
At the request of Lykens PD on scene Company 22 dispatched class three to 164 North Street in Lykens for a medical assist. Chief 22 responded POV to the scene. Truck 22 responded with 6 members and the on duty Medic 6 EMT and two additional members responded POV. On arrival the crew assisted PD with helping an individual that had fallen out of their chair to get back up, and they were then placed available.
