Engine-22 and Truck-22 responded class-3, the Engine staged on Spruce street near the Library entrance, and the Truck staged in the Library parking lot. Personnel split up and searched the area surrounding the building, with nothing found. The truck crew laddered the Library and used a thermal imaging camera to examine the roof area, including air handling units. Nothing was found.
