| | Engine 22 and Squad 23 were dispatched to a report of a motorcycle accident with an injury in front of Don's Foodrite. Engine 22 responded with a crew of six. Chief 22-1, whose residence was across the street, responded and was on scene. Finding no accident and hearing bystanders reports that a motorcyclist had already left the scene, Chief 22-1 placed the box in service. |

| | Captain 22 on scene called in an accident on the square in Lykens involving two vehicles, with one car into a set of steps, with no injuries. Engine 22 responded with 4 and Rescue 23 with 4. On arrival, crews assisted PD with scene safety, traffic control and cleanup of the intersection until released by command. |

| | Company 22 dispatched class one to 224 Main Street in Lykens for alarm bells sounding. PD arrived on scene and confirmed a vacant building with a smoke alarm sounding. Chief 22 responded POV, and Engine 22 responded with 4 and Truck 22 with 5. On arrival at side A, the Engine crew forced a basement door and made entry, where they found a basement smoke detector beeping a low battery warning. After checking the rest of the 2 story structure and finding nothing, command placed the box available. |

| | Company 24, 23 and Truck 22 dispatched class one to 242 Vine Street in Williamstown for a report of smoke in a duplex structure. Building was occupied on one side and vacant on the other, and the occupied side smelled smoke and heard a smoke alarm going off and called 911. Truck 22 responded with 7 and Engine 23 with 6. On arrival, Engine 23 took side A/B and the Truck came in from the opposite direction and had side A/D. Crews went interior and found a defective smoke alarm in the basement and disabled it. After checking the entire home and finding nothing, command placed the box in service. |

| | Company 22 dispatched class one to 251 North Street in Lykens to assist EMS who had an extended ETA. Chief 22 responded POV and Truck 22 responded with 6 and Utility 22 with 3. On arrival crew started patient care and stabilized the patient until the arrival of EMS. Command then placed the Company available. |

| | The 22-1 structure box was dispatched class one for the address 564 Main Street in Lykens for a report of a fire on the second floor. Chief 22 went enroute and was advised that the caller could see flames from the house across the street from the second floor bedroom. Engine 22 went enroute with 5 and laid 5 inch into the scene from the hydrant on the square. Truck 22 responded by way of Pine Street with 7 and took the address and arrived on side A. Engines 23 and 24 and Rescues 21 and 27 along with Medic 6 also responded. Further investigation by command found that the caller was seeing the reflection of a screen saver in the second floor window. Command placed all mutual aid units in service. Company 22 was placed in service after all the 5 inch was repacked. |

| | Company 22 dispatched class one to 437 South Second Street for a medical assist. EMS had an extended ETA. Utility 22 went enroute with 2, Engine 22 with 6 and two members POV to the scene. On arrival the crew made patient contact and established an initial set of vital signs. The crew monitored the patient until the arrival of EMS from Tower City and Medic 6 and then extricated the patient from the home to the transport unit for a trip to the hospital. The box was then placed available. |
