| | Engine and Truck 22 were dispatched for an automatic fire alarm in the apartment building located at 300 Main Street. Engine-22 took side-1 on Main Street and Truck-22 took side-4 on West Street. Personnel gained entry through a rear window, and found a malfunctioning smoke alarm. Basement and upper floors were checked, with nothing found. The owner arrived on scene and was advised of the situation. The owner indicated he would replace the faulty detector. The company went available. |

Chief 22 responded to the scene, Engine 22 responded with a crew of five, and Truck 22 responded with a crew of three. Upon arrival, the engine and truck staged on side A and sent a crew into both sides of the duplex house to monitor CO levels. All readings were zero, and command placed the units available. |
