Structure Fire, 1018 E Grand Ave (Box S.C.)

Truck 22 was dispatched to Tower City, in Schuylkill County, for a structure fire. Truck 22 responded with a crew of five, and shortly after response, was canceled by Schuylkill County.
2004
Odor Investigation, 250 North Street (Box 22-1)

At the request of Chief-22, the company was requested to respond to a report of a CO alarm activation. Upon arrival, readings were taken and the property was ventilated.
2008
Tree Down, 323 Spruce Street (Box 22-1)
Detail >>
Company 22 was dispatched class 3 to 323 Spruce Street for a report of a tree down against a home with possible wires down. Chief 22-2 responded from his home across the street and confirmed a tree against a front porch, with a TV cable line partially pulled down. Engine 22 responded class 3 with a crew of six and staged at North Second and Spruce Streets. After determining that there was no electrical hazard, the crew assisted a citizen with removing the limbs from the front of the house and then went available.
2017
Medical Assist, 15 South 2nd Street (Box 22-1)

Company 22 dispatched class three to 15 South Second Street in Lykens at the Rattling Creek Apartments for forcible entry. Chief 22 responded POV and Engine 22 went enroute with 3. On arrival the crew used the knox key to gain access to the building and to unlock the apartment where they started patient care until the arrival of Medic 6. The crew assisted EMS with removal of the patient from the apartment and into their unit for transport to the hospital. Command then placed the company available.
2018
Pump Detail, 561 South 2nd Street (Box 22-1)

Company 22 dispatched class one to 561 South Second Street in Lykens for basement flooding. The call was directly across the street from the station. Chief 22-2 was on scene along with 9 other company members. A pipe had broken on the first floor causing water to flow into the basement. A portable pump was used to pump out the basement after the water to the house was shut off and the furnace shut down. After the water was pumped out the company was placed available.
2018
Medical Assist, 752 North 2nd Street (Box 22-1)

Company 22 dispatched class one to 752 North Second Street at the Russian Orthodox Church in Lykens to assist Medic 6 with the extrication of a patient. Truck 22 responded with 7 and 2 additional members POV. On arrival, the crew assisted EMS using their reeves litter in removing a patient from the mezzanine level inside the church to their transport unit. After completing the task the company was placed available.
