Smoke in a structure, 2286 Powells Valley Road (Box 19-3)

Truck-22 was dispatched on a first alarm assignment to Wayne Township for smoke in a structure. The truck was canceled while enroute and placed in service by command.
2009
Structure Fire, 1652 Pottsville Street (Box 23-3)

Company 23, with Rescue 21 in place of out-of-service Rescue 23, Engine and Truck 22, and EMS were dispatched to 1562 Pottsville Street in Wiconisco for a reported attic fire. Truck 22 responded with a crew of five, and Engine 22 responded with a crew of five. Both units approached the scene from the west, with the Truck taking side-A and the Engine locating directly behind them, with Engine 23, Tanker 23, and Rescue 21 approaching from the east and arriving on side-D. The fire was knocked down quickly by a crew from Company 23 using a PW can. The truck crew set up a PPV fan on side-C while the rest of the crew stood by until the company was released by command.
2014
Commercial Structure Fire, 203 Pear Lane (Box 27-2)

Truck 22 dispatched class one on the 27-2 box for a commercial structure fire at 203 Pear Lane in Lykens Township. Other companies on the box were 27, 26, 28, 23, Schuylkill 14 and EMS. Truck 22 responded with 6, and on arrival, command advised to stage the rig and send manpower forward. The property was a 50 by 100 metal pole barn building housing a wood working business, with fire in the ceiling and eaves. Crew split, with 2 setting a 35 foot ladder and went to the roof, while 2 went interior to access the eaves. Fire was located in the crawl space above the ceiling. Knockdown was made quickly and overhaul performed, with the roof vent pipe removed along with some sections of the ceiling and insulation. Crews assisted until released by command.
2015
Medical Assist, 620 South Second Street (Box 22-1)

Company 22 dispatched class one to the rear apartment at 620 South Second Street in Lykens for a patient with difficulty breathing. EMS was coming from the Eville station. Engine 22 responded with 5, Utility 22 with 2, and Chief 22 POV. On arrival, the crew initiated patient care until the arrival of Medic 6. Crew then assisted with the transfer of the patient to their transport unit, and was then placed available by command.
2016
Smoke in a structure, 425 West Main Street (Box 21-1)

Truck 22 dispatched on the 21-1 box along with Company 21 and Engine 26 to 435 West Main Street in Elizabethville for a report of smoke in a structure. When Chief 21 signed on the air he was advised of a second call from a furnace repair person on scene that stated it was a furnace malfunction and no fire. Chief 21 placed the box in service before any response.

House Boat Fire - Millersburg, PA

On January 27, 1978, a two-story house boat and a large air boat belonging to Harry Miller was destroyed by fire on the Susquehanna River across from Railroad Street in Millersburg.
