Truck 22 dispatched in place of the out of service Truck 20 to 775 State Street in Millersburg to assist EMS with extrication and removal of an obese patient from the second floor of a residence. Truck 22 responded with 7, and on arrival was advised by command to set up on side A in front of Engine 20 and prepare to go to the porch roof. Further evaluation by command determined that the best course of action was to attempt an interior removal, and the crew assisted Company 20 and EMS with removing the patient from the residence and transferring her to a transporting unit in the alley.
Company 22 dispatched class one to 616 North Street in Lykens for a carbon monoxide alarm activation. Engine 22 responded with 5 and Truck 22 with 2, and Chiefs 22 and 22-2 POV to the scene. Engine 22 accessed the scene by way of Market Street and arrived at side A/D. Truck 22 accessed the scene from Spruce Street and arrived on aide A/B. Crews went interior with the CO monitor and after checking readings and finding none, changed the battery in the CO detector and went available.

Structure Fire, 830 West Matterstown Rd (Box 21-2)
Company 22 dispatched class one on the 21-2 box for a structure fire at 830 West Matterstown Road in Washington Township. Truck 22 responded with 4 and Engine 22 with 3. The Truck went to the scene, and on arrival, staged the rig and assisted with suppression and overhaul. Engine 22 was directed to establish a fill site for tankers on Savage Road. The Engine set up and filled multiple tankers before being released. The company was placed available by Command 21.
Company 22 dispatched class one on the 23-1 box at 306 Walnut Street in Wiconisco Township for a reported structure fire, sparks from a dryer outlet. Truck 22 went enroute with 6 and Engine 22 was about to respond when Chief 23-1 placed the box in service.
Truck 22 dispatched class one on the 24-1 box to 224 West Market Street in Williamstown for a structure fire. Companies 24, 23, 21, Schuylkill 22-1, 22-5, 66, and 67 also on the call. Truck 22 went enroute with 6 and Engine 22 with 3. On arrival the truck went to the roof and vented. Engine 22 was directed to the hydrant at 5th and Grant Streets and set up a tanker fill site. Crews assisted with suppression and overhaul activities until released by command 24.
At the request of Medic 620 on scene Company 22 dispatched class three to 446 North street in Lykens for a lift assist. Truck 22 responded with 5 and Chief 22 and Lieutenant 22-1 went POV to the scene. On arrival the crew assisted with moving the patient from their residence to the transport unit and were then placed available.
