Engine 22 was dispatched as next due Engine for an accident with injuries on Route 209 in Washington Township. Engine 22 was canceled when Engine 21 responded.
1996
Medical Assist, 224 Pine St (Box 22-11)
Detail >>
Engine 22 was dispatched to assist EMS with a medical call on Pine Street. Engine 22 responded and assisted EMS with patient packaging and transfer to a transport unit. Engine 22 then went available.
2002
Fuel Spill, 609 Main St (Box 22-1)
Detail >>
Engine 22 was dispatched for a fuel spill in front of the Candle Shop at 609 Main Street. Chief 22-1 and Engine 22 responded, and on arrival, found a patch of what appeared to be either oil or gasoline on the roadway. The spill appeared to continue in spots all the way east on Main Street to the Tower Sales Mini-Market gas station. The crew cleaned up the spill and went available.
2008
Landing Zone, L & W Ballfield (Box 23-4)

Engine 22 was dispatched to set up a landing zone for Life Lion at the L & W Ballfield, across from Station 23. Engine 23 and Rescue 21 were on the scene of a one car crash at 908 Pottsville Street, and Medic 6, also on scene, requested to fly the patient to the hospital. Engine 22 responded with a crew of six, arrived at the ballfield, and set up the landing zone for the incoming helicopter. After the helicopter left, Engine 22 went available.
2008
Vehicle Accident, 670 Main Street (Box 22-1)

Engine 22 was at the L & W Ballfield, where a landing zone operation had just been completed, from which a patient from a vehicle accident had been flown to the hospital on board Life Lion helicopter, when a passing motorist informed the crew that an accident had just occurred in front of Don's Food Rite, in the 600-Block of Main Street in Lykens. Engine 22 responded from the L & W Ballfield to the Don's Food Rite location. On arrival at the accident scene, the crew found two cars that had been damaged, with no injuries. The crew secured the scene, directed traffic around the vehicles, and cleaned up the debris until released.
2018
Fire reported out, 15 South 2nd Street (Box 22-1)

County Communications paged any 22 officer to contact them. Chief 22-1 called in and was advised that an apartment in the Rattling Creek Apartments at 15 South Second Street in Lykens was reporting a stove fire that was now out. Chief 22-1 responded to the building from his home across the street to investigate. Finding the fire minor in nature and now out he placed the box in service.
2021
Brush Fire, Glen Road (Box 22-2)

Engine 22 and Schuylkill Brush 22-61 dispatched class one to the Glen Road near the Boro Pump station on the 22-2 box for a reported small brush fire. Engine 22 responded with 4 and Utility 22 with 5. On arrival, there was an approximately 20 foot area along side of the road in the rocks that was burning. A 2 inch line was pulled along with a PW and visible fire was extinguished. Victor 8 arrived on scene and control was marked and the incident turned over to forestry. Brush 22-61 was placed available. The box was placed available.

Vehicle Accident - Jackson Twp, Dauphin Co, PA

Palmer Reitenbach, of Wiconisco, and Earl Hoffman, of Gratz, were involved in a vehicle accident two miles east of Fisherville, on the evening of May 13, 1942. The drivers escaped serious injuries, however both cars were damaged.
