| | Company 22 dispatched class one to 498 Pine Road on the 21-4 box to assist EMS from companies 20 and 24 with the special tarp. Utility 22 responded with the tarp and 4 personnel and Chief 22-1 POV. On arrival the crew assisted EMS with transferring the patient from the residence to the transport unit, and then went available. |

| | While returning from the previous call, Chief 22-1 and Utility 22 came across a 2 vehicle non injury accident in front of 5999 Route 209 in Washington Township. Chief 22 requested Company 21 and PSP. Rescue 21 responded with 5 and on arrival, took care of fluids down while company 22 personnel assisted with traffic control and scene safety. After the vehicles were cleared from the scene Captain 21 placed the box available. |

| | Company 21 and Truck 22 dispatched class one to 179 East Lyter Street in Elizabethville Boro for an automatic fire alarm. Engine 21 responded with 5 and Truck 22 with 4. Truck 22 was directed to stage at the intersection of Moore and Lyter Streets. On arrival, the Truck staged until released by command. |

| | Company 22 dispatched class one to 328 North Second Street in Lykens for a CO alarm. The alarm came in during the Company's annual meeting. Engine 22 responded with 5 and Truck 22 with 3. On arrival the occupants were out of the structure. A packed up team went interior with CO meters and found moderate levels traced back to a faulty furnace. After shutting down the furnace a fan was brought in to ventilate the basement. The other half of the 2 and one half story duplex wood frame structure was also checked and readings were 0. One of the individuals that lived in the property exhibited CO symptoms and a BLS unit was requested to the scene. After venting the structure and after the arrival of Medic 6 the company was placed available.  |

| | Company 23 and Truck 22 dispatched class one to 213 Pottsville street in Wiconisco Township for an odor of wires burning inside. Truck 22 responded with 5 and arrived on side A of a 70 foot by 60 foot 2 story multi family brick residence with nothing showing from the exterior. Crew went interior on floors 1 and basement with a thermal imaging camera along with crew from Rescue 23 and found no unusual readings. Chief 23-1 placed the box in service. |
