| | Company-22 was dispatched to a structure fire at the Kocher residence, 714 Mountain Street, in Wiconisco Township. Engine-22 responded with a crew of six, Tanker-22 with a crew of two. Arriving on scene, the crews found a one-story ranch style home with heavy smoke pushing from the eaves and fire visible in the front rooms. Crews pulled lines and assisted Company-23 with attacking the fire. After suppression, crews assisted with salvage and overhaul. The building had been remodeled on several ocasions, creating many voids which had hidden fire to be extinguished. The fire caused heavy damage to the structure, with a major portion of the interior having been gutted. Companies on scene included 23, 22, 24, 21, Tower City, and Sheridan. Local police were also on the scene.  |

| | Engine and Tanker 22 were dispatched to return to the scene of the previous night's structure fire to extinguish several hot spots. Engine-22 responded with a crew of six, Tanker with a crew of two. Several areas near the roof line required extinguishing. Additionally, ceilings and walls were also pulled. Company-22 was placed available by command and the box was held to Company-23. |

| | Company dispatched to 643 Main Street in Lykens to assist EMS with a reported electrocution. A woman reported that her freezer shocked her when she touched it. Engine 22 responded, and on arrival, assisted with patient care until arrival of EMS. No electrical hazard was found, and the Engine went available. |

| | At the request of Chief 22-2, Company 22 dispatched to assist EMS on a report of a child fallen and injured in the Rattling Creek by the Fish Hatchery. Truck 22 responded with 5, and on arrival with EMS from Williamstown, assisted in treating and immobilizing the patient and transferring him to the transport unit. |

| | EMS Company 6 and Company 22 dispatched class one to the Lykens Glen Park for a cardiac arrest call. Chief 22 and 3 members responded POV, Truck 22 went enroute with 7 and Utility 22 with 2. On arrival into the park, crews initially were unable to locate the patient until Company 21 firefighter Keisling approached and directed the crews to the location of the patient. The patient was found over the creek embankment next to the creek, and was moved up into the parking area of the small pavilion where EMS began patient care. The crew assisted EMS with patient care until he was transferred to their unit for transport, and were then placed avaialble by command. |

| | Company 21 and Truck 22 dispatched class one to 18 West Broad Street in Elizabethville at Hollywood Court Apartments for an automatic fire alarm. Truck 22 responded with 7 and Utility 22 with 3. Engine 21 went enroute with 5 and Rescue 21 with 5. On arrival of the Truck on side A of a 2 story 200 foot by 100 foot apartment building they set up and staged in front of Engine 21 with their manpower. Crews from 21 isolated the cause to culinary indifference in one of the apartments. Command placed the Truck available. |
