Automatic Alarm, 300 Main Street (Box 22-1)

Engine and Truck 22 were dispatched for an automatic fire alarm in the apartment building located at 300 Main Street. Engine-22 took side-1 on Main Street and Truck-22 took side-4 on West Street. Personnel gained entry through a rear window, and found a malfunctioning smoke alarm. Basement and upper floors were checked, with nothing found. The owner arrived on scene and was advised of the situation. The owner indicated he would replace the faulty detector. The company went available.
2007
Carbon Monoxide Alarm, 406 Main Street (Box 22-1)

Company 22 was dispatched to 406 Main Street for a reported CO alarm activation. Chief 22 responded to the scene, Engine 22 responded with a crew of five, and Truck 22 responded with a crew of three. Upon arrival, the engine and truck staged on side A and sent a crew into both sides of the duplex house to monitor CO levels. All readings were zero, and command placed the units available.

Medical Assist, 637 South Street (Box 22-1)

At the request of EMS, Company 22 dispatched class one to 637 South Street for forcible entry. Truck 22 responded with 6 and Chief 22 POV to the scene. While enroute, MICU 6-3 gained entry and placed the Truck in service.

Medical Assist, 801 Market Street (Box 22-2)

At the request of EMS, Company 22 dispatched class three to 801 Market Street in Lykens to assist with lifting an extremely obese patient. Utility 22 responded with 3 and 2 additional members responded POV. On arrival, the crew assisted EMS with moving the patient from his residence to their transport unit, and then went available.

Medical Assist, 801 Market Street (Box 22-2)

At the request of Company 4 EMS, Company 22 dispatched class three to 801 Market Street in Lykens for a medical assist. Engine 22 responded with 6, and on arrival, met EMS and assisted them with moving an obese patient from their transport unit to his residence. After completing the task, the Engine went available.

Medical Assist, 260 Glen Road (Box 22-2)

At the request of Medic 6, Utility 22 dispatched class three to the Lykens Glen Park by the pool spillway to assist with extricating a fall victim. Chief 22 and Lieutenant 22 responded POV to the scene. Utility 22 went enroute with 4 and Engine 22 with 2. On arrival, the crew assisted Medic 6 with moving the patient from the spillway to their transport unit, and then went available.
2022
Medical Assist, 15 South Second St (Box 22-1)
Detail >>
Company 22 dispatched class three to the Rattling Creek Apartments at 15 South Second Street in Lykens to assist with forcible entry to an apartment. Truck 22 went enroute with 7 and was canceled shortly after responding.
