| | The large furniture store of Foreman and Brothers in Wiconisco was completely destroyed by fire on the night of July 4th, 1930. A furniture filled warehouse, the store, a garage, two automobiles, and the adjoining Foreman dwelling were destroyed while another dwelling and nearby outbuildings were also damaged by the blaze. |

| | Truck-22 dispatched on a 21-1 box in Elizabethville for a report of smoke coming out of two apartments at 9 and 11 Vine Street. The box brought Companies 21, 20, and 26 in addition to Truck-22. The truck responded with a crew of seven, and upon arrival was assigned to side-B of the apartment building where the crew staged and set up for truck operations. The crew assisted with interior investigation under the command of Chief-21. Engine-21 had side-A, with Rescue, Tanker and Utility 21 staged across the street. Truck-22 was on side-B, Truck-20 was on side-C, and Engine-26 was set up on side-D. Search of interior apartments found a faulty hot water heater as the source of the smoke. Truck-22 was released by command. |

| | Truck 22 and Company 216 were dispatched to assist Company 19 with a hay bale on fire endangering a structure in Jefferson Township, to the rear of the Carsonville Hotel at 3178 Powells Valley Road. Truck 22 responded with a crew of six, and Chief 22-1 responded POV. The Truck was canceled while enroute. |

| | Company 22 and 23 and EMS dispatched class one to the area near Main and Market Streets in Lykens for a report of a gas odor outside. Further updates gave a location of the alley behind Ciao's Pizza Shop. Chief 22 responded POV, Engine 22 with 3, Truck 22 with 2, and Engine 23. On arrival, an investigation determined that the odor was coming from a dumpster, and command placed the box in service. |

| | At the request of Chief 22 on scene, Engine 22 dispatched class three to the alley behind his residence for an un-attended trash fire. Engine 22 responded with 5, and on arrival, extinguished a small fire in a back yard. After the fire was put out, command placed the box available.
