Medical Assist, 242 Carsonville Road (Box 19-1)

At the request of Medic 6 on scene Company 22 dispatched class one to assist them on extricating a patient from 242 Carsonville Road in Jefferson Township. The previous days 20 inch snow storm made access to the residence difficult. Utility 22 responded with 5 and Chief 22-1 with 3. Two additional members remained in station 22. On arrival, the crew assisted Medic 6 and the Township road crew with creating access for removing the patient from the residence and transferring them to the ambulance for transport to the hospital. After completing the task Company 22 was placed available.
2013
Vehicle Fire, 630 North Street (Box 22-1)

Company 22 dispatched class one to the rear of 630 North Street in the alley behind the church for a pickup truck on fire next to a garage. Chief 22 responded POV, Engine 22 with 6, and Utility 22 with 2. On arrival, the fire was out. Crew checked to confirm the fire was out, and was then placed available by command.

Structure Fire, 16 West Main Street (Box 21-1)

Box 21-1 dispatched to 16 West Main Street in Elizabethville at the old Biddle mansion for a reported structure fire. This brought Companies 21, 26, and Tanker and Truck 20. Engine 21 arrived on scene with flames pushing out the laundry room, and Chief 21-1 requested the box be upgraded, bringing Engines 22, 29-1, and 216. Rescue 23 was also added to the box. Engine 22 responded with 6, and on arrival, established the manpower pool. Engine 216 was redirected to standby in Station 21. Engine 29-1 took in the RIT assignment. Crew stood by until released by Command 21.
2008
Structure Fire, 195 Teaberry Lane (Box 66-3)

Tanker 22 was requested to respond to the scene of a structure fire at 195 Teaberry Lane in Rush Township. The fire had been burning since before one o'clock a.m., and the tanker had been dispatched at that time, only to be canceled by Command 66 before it responded. This request came shortly before two o'clock a.m. A tanker was also requested from Lewellyn. Tanker 22 responded with a crew of two, dropped one load of water at the scene, and then staged until released by command. Units on the scene included Sheridan, Muir, Reinerton, Tower City, Williamstown, and Wiconisco. Orwin, Donaldson, and Joliett stations were placed on standby, and Rescue 21 was relocated to Station 66.

Structure Fire, 195 Teaberry Lane (Box 66-3)

Tanker 22 was dispatched to assist at the scene of a structure fire at 195 Teaberry Lane in Rush Township as next due for other tankers that had failed to respond. The tanker was canceled before response by Command 66.
