Companies 23 and 22 dispatched class one to 609 Pottsville Street in Wiconisco for a structure fire, fire in the living room. Engine 23 responded with 6 and on arrival confirmed a working fire. Truck 22 responded with 6 and Engine 22 with 5, along with EMS from 24. On arrival, the Truck crew laddered the building and opened up while the Engine crew assisted 23's crew with checking for extensions on the second floor. While in the 2nd floor front bedroom, the crew successfully removed a civilian from the residence to the outside. After knockdown, crews assisted with salvage and overhaul until released by command.
