2021
Medical Assist, 1137 Forest Lane (Box 216-1)

At the request of Command 216 Utility 22 was dispatched class three to 1137 Forest Lane in Jackson Township to assist with extricating a very large patient from their residence. Units from Companies 216, 21, 29, 13, and 6 were on scene. Utility 22 responded with 4 with special equipment and while enroute were advised by Chief 216 to upgrade to class one response. On arrival, the crew set up and began the extrication of the patient from his home. After co-ordinating the movement and placement of available manpower the patient was moved to the EMS litter for transport to the hospital. Command then placed the box available.

Cardiac arrest - AED response, 734 N. Second St (Box 22-1)

Company 22 dispatched class one to 734 North Second Street in Lykens for a cardiac arrest. Utility 22 responded with 2 and Truck 22 with 2 and two additional members POV. On arrival the patient was located and CPR started. On arrival of EMS from 6 and 24 the crew continued to assist them until released.
2020
Structure Fire, 73 Main Street (Box S.C.)

Truck 22 dispatched class one on the Klingerstown commercial box for a working structure fire at 73 Main Street in Klingerstown at the Pine Creek Cafe. Truck 22 responded with 7 and Utility 22 with 3 and 2 members POV. On arrival at a 3 story 20 by 100 foot restaurant there was smoke showing from the D side middle of the second floor windows. Initially the Truck beached and laddered the building while splitting up crews to handle RIT and utilities. The Truck was later re positioned to the C/D corner and assisted with salvage and overhaul. Crews worked the scene until released by command.

Public Service, South Second and Market (Box 22-1)

At the request of PSP, Company 22 fire police dispatched class three to the intersection of South Second and Market Streets in Lykens for a disabled car blocking traffic. Five members of the company responded to that location and provided traffic control until the arrival of PSP, and then went available.
2010
Structure Fire, 401 Railroad Street (Box 23-1)
Detail >>
Companies 23 and 22 dispatched to 401 Railroad Street in Wiconisco for a reported structure fire, smoke in the first floor. Truck 22 responded with 5 and Chief 22 POV. Engine and Rescue 23 were on scene. Truck arrived on Spring Street and staged the rig and took the PPV fan back a narrow side street to the rear of the structure. Command had reported the fire to be in a dryer and was out. The dryer was removed from the building and the PPV fan used to vent the structure. After completion of the ventilation of the building, the truck was placed available by command.

Smoke in a Structure, 303 East Market Street (Box 24-1)

Companies 24, 23, 66, and Truck 22 dispatched to 303 East Market Street in Williamstown for a report of smoke in a structure. Truck 22 responded with 5 and Chief 22 POV. Command 24 placed the Truck in service while enroute.

Appliance Fire, 310 Spruce St (Box 22-1)

Companies 22, 23 and 24 were dispatched to a reported over loaded dryer on fire at 310 Spruce Street. Engine 22 responded, and on arrival, found a small fire in a dryer. After removing the dryer from the residence and venting the building, the box was placed in service.
