| | Company 22 dispatched class three to Powells Valley Road in Jackson Township on the 216-8 box for a tree down blocking one lane. Location was out past the Reservoir part way up the mountain. Chief 22 responded POV and Engine 22 went enroute with 3. On arrival the Chief found the tree about three quarters of the way from the top of the mountain. The Engine arrived and the crew cut up the tree and cleared the roadway of debris and then went available. |

| | At the request of 24 EMS on scene Company 22 dispatched class one to 251 North Street in Lykens for a lift assist. Chief 22 responded POV and Utility 22 went enroute with 3. On arrival the crew assisted EMS with transferring the patient to their unit for transport to the hospital and then went available. |

| | Company 22 dispatched class one to 464 Main Street in Lykens for a fall victim. Chief 22 responded POV and Truck 22 went enroute with 6. On the arrival of the Chief, he found a male injured at the bottom of a set of stairs, and requested that Life Lion be dispatched. The Truck arrived and its crew started patient care and immobilization. Company 23 was dispatched to set up the LZ at the Station 23 landing zone. The patient was extricated from the home and placed on board a Medic 6 unit to be transferred to Life Lion. Chief 22 went to the LZ and was LZ officer. After the patient was placed on board the helo, all units were placed available. |

| | Engine 22 was dispatched in place of Engine 24 for an accident with injuries on Market Street near Lenker Drive in Williams Township. Engine 22 responded with a crew of six, and Chief 22 responded POV. Engine 22 arrived on the scene to find Engine 23's rescue crew extricating one patient who was confined in a pickup truck that had hit a telephone pole. Tanker 24's crew was assisting with the extrication. Chief 24 placed Engine 22 available. |
