Engine-22 was dispatched for a report of tree limbs smoking on power lines in front of 409 North Street. Engine-22 responded class-3 with a crew of five, Chief-22 and Chief 22-1 went to the scene POV. Upon arrival, no wires were arcing, and nothing was burning. A light rain storm was moving through the area at the time. The PPL pole number was relayed to dispatch, and Engine-22 was placed available.
At the request of EMS, Company 22 dispatched class three to 801 Market Street in Lykens to assist with lifting an obese patient. Utility 22 responded with 4, and on arrival, assisted the EMS crew with removing the patient from his residence to their unit, and then went available.
Truck 22 dispatched class one as the next due Truck on the 20-1 box in Upper Paxton Township for a report of smoke in a structure. The Truck was canceled almost immediately after dispatch.

Accident with no injury, 558 Main Street (Box 22-1)
Company 22 and Rescue 23 dispatched class one to the area of Main Street in front of 558 Main Street in Lykens Boro for a multi vehicle crash. Chief 22 responded POV and on arrival found a car had struck 2 parked vehicles with the driver self extricated and not hurt. Chief 22 placed Rescue 23 and EMS in service. Engine 22 responded with 6 and Utility 22 with 4. Two additional members responded from the station by foot. On arrival the crew pulled a hand line and checked for fluids. After disconnecting power to all three vehicles the scene was secured and fire police directed traffic off Main Street at Pine and Market Streets. PSP arrived on scene and requested a wrecker. The crew stood by until all three vehicles were removed and were then placed available by command.
At the request of Medic 6 Company 22 dispatched class three to the Israel Building at 601 Main Street in Lykens for a lift assist. Chief 22-2 responded to the scene and Utility 22 went enroute with 2. On arrival, the crew used some creative construction and then assisted the patient back into bed before going available.
