Brush Fire, Lykens Road (Box 216-81)

Tree Down, 1300 Pottsville St (Box 23-3)

Truck-22 was dispatched to assist Company-23 with a tree down on Coaldale Road in Wiconisco Township. The Truck responded with a crew of five and, with the direction of a PP&L employee, assisted in successfully removing the tree from the power lines and re-opening the road. Using chain saws, the crew assisted Company-23 with cutting up the remaining debris.
2017
Structure Fire, 131 West Market Street (Box 27-1)

Truck 22 dispatched on the 27-1 box for a structure fire at 131 West Market Street in Gratz. Companies 27, 26, 28 and 23 also on initial alarm. On the arrival of 27 on scene it was a confirmed working fire and the box was upgraded to the first alarm. This brought companies 20, 21, Northumberland 65 and Schuylkill 14 and Air 35 to the scene. Truck 22 responded with 4 and Utility 22 with 3. On arrival the truck took side A of a 2 story large wooden frame ordinary construction building with heavy fire showing. Truck went to work with aerial master stream operations while the rest of the crew laddered the building. Crew assisted with suppression and overhaul activities until released by Command 27.

Structure Fire, Pearl Street (Box 24-2)

Truck 22 dispatched class one on the 24-2 box for a reported shed fire on Pearl Street in Williams Township. Companies 24, 23, Schuylkill companies 647 and 650 on the call. Truck 22 responded with 7 and Engine 22 with 4. There was difficulty trying to locate the actual address of the call. After searching and finding nothing, Command 24 placed the box available.
2020
Cardiac Arrest - AED, Rear 243 Main St (Box 22-1)

Company 22 dispatched class one to the rear of 243 Main Street in Lykens for a cardiac arrest AED response. Chiefs 22 and 22-1 went POV to the scene. Utility went enroute with 2 and Truck 22 with 4. On arrival of the Utility they saw that PD and Medic 6 were all ready on scene. Truck 22 arrived on scene shortly after. Crews went upstairs to assist EMS with patient care. The patient was then packaged for transport to the hospital and the Company was placed available.

Medical Assist, 712 Laurel Lane (Box 22-2)

Company 22 requested class three from Medic 6 on scene at 712 Laurel Lane in Lykens to assist with getting a patient out of their residence for transport to the hospital. Chief 22-2 went POV to the scene and Utility 22 went enroute with 4. On arrival the crew assisted EMS with removal of the patient from the residence to their ambulance and then went available.
