| | Engine 22 dispatched as next due Engine to a 24-3 box for a propane leak at 8635 Route 209 in Williams Township at Koppy's Propane. A propane truck pulled a gas feed line away from the fill station and a cloud of propane had formed over the area. This also caused a tractor trailer going past on Route 209 to drive into a ditch in front of the business. Engine 22 responded with 5 and Chiefs 22-1 and 22-2 POV to the scene. On arrival, the Engine was instructed by command to stage 500 feet from the scene and standby, blocking traffic. Company 24 monitored the gas and found it to have dissipated. Command 24 then released Engine 22 from the scene. |

| | At the request of Medic 6, Company 22 dispatched class three to 801 Market Street to assist with putting an extremely obese patient back in his chair. Truck 22 responded with 6, Utility 22 with 3, and Chief 22 POV. On arrival, 10 fire personnel along with two EMS and two police officers assisted the patient back into his chair, and then went available. |

| | At the request of Chief 22 on scene, Engine 22 dispatched class three to 1001 Main Street in Lykens for a non injury accident, debris on the roadway. Lykens PD and Medic 6 all ready on scene. Engine 22 responded with 6 and Utility 22 with 2. On arrival, crew assisted PD with street cleanup while fire police directed traffic around the scene until the arrival of the tow truck. After removing the vehicle from the scene, the Company went available. |

Utility 22 responded with 3, Truck 22 with 2, and Chief 22 POV to the scene. On arrival, crew assisted EMS with moving a patient from the residence to their transporting unit, and then went available.

| | Box 24-3 dispatched to the high rise/high life risk apartments at 120 Maple Lane in Williamstown for a structure fire, odor of something burning. This brought companies 24, 23, Truck 22, Schuylkill Engine 647 and Schuylkill Tanker 650. Truck 22 responded with 7, and on arrival took side A of a multi-unit apartment complex with nothing showing from the exterior. Two truckees entered interior with the thermal camera and checked for possible sources, and found an issue with some electrical cords that were over loaded. Engine 22 stood by in Station 22 with 4. Command released the Truck and they went available.

| | Company 22 dispatched class one to 464 Main Street in Lykens for a medical assist. EMS from company 24 was dispatched to the address for a person that had a bath tub fall on them. Engine 22 responded with 4, and Chiefs 22 and 22-1 along with 5 additional members responded POV to the scene. On arrival, the crew assisted EMS with packaging and removing the patient from the residence and then the Engine accompanied them to the LZ at Station 23. After the patient was transferred to the helicopter, command placed all units available. |

| | Engine 22 dispatched class one to 459 North Second Street in Lykens for a CO alarm sounding. Chief 22 responded POV to the scene. Engine 22 went enroute with 5 and 2 other members responded to the scene POV. On arrival side A of a 20 by 40 foot 2 and one half story single family dwelling nothing was evident from the exterior. The Engine crew packed up and went interior with the CO monitor to check levels, and found them all to be normal. Further investigation determined the detector to be faulty and command placed the box available. |
