| | Company 22 dispatched class three to Powells Valley Road in Jackson Township for a tree that was protruding out on to the highway and had struck an ambulance that was on the way to a call. Utility 22 responded with 4 and Lieutenant 22 with 3 POV. On arrival, pictures were taken of the limb and it was then cut up and removed from the highway. The company then went available. |

| | Company 22 dispatched class one to 539 South Second Street in Lykens for a CO alarm. Chief 22-2 responded POV, Truck 22 with 2 and Engine 22 with 4. On arrival of Chief 22-2 at a 2 story ordinary wood frame single family dwelling, nothing was evident from side A. When the Engine arrived the crew went interior with the CO meter and read very high levels on all floors. The furnace was shut down and the residents were asked to seek accommodations elsewhere for the night. The house was locked up and command released the company. |

| | Engine and Truck 22 dispatched class one to initially 700 West Broad Street for a water flow alarm at a commercial property. This was then corrected to 111 South West Street at the Zemco plant for a water flow alarm. Truck 22 responded with 4 and Engine 22 with 3 and Tanker 24 with 2. On arrival at a 133 foot by 113 foot 3 story commercial structure there was alarms sounding and water flowing from different areas of the building unto the street. A representative of the company arrived and gave access to the building where crews shut down the water supply to the sprinkler system. Sprinkler heads on the third floor had opened up and flooded portions of the building. Power to the areas affected was shut off as well. After securing the water and electricity to affected parts of the building, it was turned over to the company and the box was placed available. |
