2008
Oil Spill, 622 Main Street (Box 22-1)

At the request of Chief 22-2 on the scene, Engine 22 was dispatched class one to the 600 block of Main Street for an oil spill. A vehicle driving through the square had an engine oil pan perforated by a thrown rod, dumping oil for about 100 feet until the driver was able to pull off to the side of the road. Engine 22 responded with a crew of six, and spread high-dry on the spill to soak up as much oil as possible from the street. Main Street, from Market Street to Spruce Street, was closed to traffic during the cleanup. PSP on the scene contacted a tow service for the damaged car. After cleanup, the street was re-opened for traffic and the engine went available.
2011
Accident with injuries, 26 Main Street (Box 22-1)

Engine 22, Rescue 23, and Medic 6 dispatched to 26 Main Street in Lykens for a multiple vehicle accident with one patient reported on the roadway. This accident occurred in front of the residence of Chief 22-1, who came out and found three vehicles involved. The patient on the roadway was actually in the mini-market parking lot where he had exited his own vehicle and laid down. Engine 22 responded with 4, Rescue 23 responded with 4, and two company 22 members responded POV to the scene. On arrival, three vehicles were found to be involved with extensive damage, and the roadway blocked. EMS from Medic 6 were treating the patients, and crews split up and assisted with triage and also scene safety and control. PSP was also on scene, and fire police from 22 and 23 had traffic re-routed away from the accident scene. After packaging and transport of three patients, crews began cleanup of the roadway and awaited the arrival of "Recovery 21", who removed the three vehicles. Crews re-opened the highway and cleared the event.

Truck fire, 387 Arch Street (Box 23-1)

Engines 23 and 22 dispatched class one to the street in front of Station 23 for a truck fire. Engine 22 responded with 6 and Chief 22 POV, and was placed in service by command 23 while enroute.
2018
Structure Fire, 668 Center Street (Box 20-1)

Truck 22 dispatched class one on the 20-1 box for a structure fire at 668 Center Street in Millersburg Boro. Companies 20, 21, 26, 28, 29 and 216 also on the box. Truck 22 responded with 7, and arrived on scene via Route 25 to Center Street on the A/B corner of a 2 1/2 story brick single family dwelling. Command requested manpower forward to the manpower pool where the crew staged until released by Command.

AFA, 225 Market Street (Box 22-1)

Company 22 and Engine 23 dispatched class one to 225 Market Street in Lykens Boro for an automatic fire alarm. Chief 22-2 responded from his residence across the street and advised of a 2 1/2 story duplex wood frame vacant dwelling with nothing showing from sides A and D. He requested dispatch to confirm the address and was advised that the corrected address was in the City of Harrisburg. Command placed the box in service.
