Company-22 was dispatched to assist EMS with a cardiac arrest call at 802 South Street in Lykens. Engine-22 responded and upon arrival assisted Medic-6 with CPR and patient care. The company was placed available after Medic-6 declared signal-12.
Company 22 was dispatched to 801 Market Street to assist EMS with lifting a large patient. Truck 22 responded with a crew of seven and Chief 22 responded to the scene POV. On arrival, the Truck staged on Laurel Lane and the crew went inside to assist EMS with lifting the patient. After successfully completing the task, the Truck went available.

Accident with no injuries, Main and Market Streets (Box 22-1)
At the request of Lykens PD, Company 22 dispatched for traffic control and spill management for a crash involving three vehicles with no injuries at the intersection of Main and Market Streets on the square in Lykens. Captain 22, Chiefs 22 and 22-1 responded to the scene POV, and Engine 22 responded with 3. On arrival, crew controlled traffic and scene safety, and then cleaned up debris after the vehicles were removed, and then went available.
At the request of Medic 6, companies 22 and 23 dispatched class three to 801 Market Street in Lykens for a lift assist for an extremely obese patient. Rescue 23 responded with 3 and Truck 22 with 4. On arrival, crews assisted EMS with moving a patient from the floor to his chair, and then went available.
Truck 22 along with Dauphin County companies 26, 27 and 28 dispatched class one to Northumberland County in Upper Mahoney Township at 414 Snowdale Road for a structure fire. Initial dispatch advised fire through the roof. Truck 22 responded with 4 and one member POV. On arrival the Truck was staged and manpower sent forward to ladder and vent a 15 by 70 foot one story mobile home. Ladders were placed on the A C and D sides and two members went to the roof and trench cut it. Initial crews from Northumberland County made a quick knock on the bulk of the fire. Extensive overhaul with ceilings being pulled began and continued for some time. The Truck crew secured power to the structure. The Truck was released by command and went available.
